We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Supplement Return Policy
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey. However, due to the nature of ingestible products, we have specific safety protocols:

Health & Wellness Safety: For safety and quality control, opened health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened Items: Unworn, unwashed, or unopened merchandise in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

Restocking Fee: For non-defective items returned in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee.

Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect supplement, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item immediately.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Address Errors: We do not offer refunds if a customer enters the wrong shipping address. If the order is returned to us, you may choose to pay a reshipping fee.

Order Cancellations: Because our fulfillment team works quickly to get your supplements to you, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.
