SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All products are made-to-order using our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on the specific product and current order volume.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.


(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE


For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via reliable carriers with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after production
  • International: 7-21 business days after production*

Tracking Information You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery progress.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

*International Orders (Coming Soon) We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my order ship? Your order will ship within 2-7 business days after purchase. Since our products are made-to-order, we need time to create your custom item before shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Due to our made-to-order production process, we cannot offer expedited production. However, once your item is produced, it ships via standard carriers with tracking.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.

What if my order doesn't arrive? If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management. Contact us within 30 days and we'll help resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. 

Why haven't I received tracking information? Tracking information is sent once your item has been produced and handed to the carrier. This typically happens within 2-7 business days of your order.
